Standard lawn services will include weekly or bi-weekly mowing as weather permits to maintain appropriate height for the type of grass season to ensure adequate appearance.

Anywhere the mower cannot be reached such as around trees, mailboxes and poles will be trimmed/weed eated. Edging around any sidewalks, curbs, and ground level patios to maintain a well-manicured appearance.

Shrub bed maintenace to be kept clear and free of all weeds.

Shrubs below 6 ft in height to be pruned as part of the weekly or bi-weekly maintenance as needed.



We will blow off any nearby sidewalks, driveways, and streets that may have any debris covering.
